WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. On or about the week of April 22 2024, the Foundation will select a potential winner, at random, from the pool of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (the “Winner”). The odds of being selected as a potential Winner will depend upon the number of eligible entries the Foundation receives during the Sweepstakes Period.

The Foundation will make up to two (2) attempts to notify the potential Winner via the phone number and/or e-mail address provided at the time of entry. The potential Winner and Guest may be required to provide the Foundation with a valid social security number or tax identification number for tax purposes, and cooperate with the Foundation in any way that the Foundation requests in order to be confirmed as the Winner and Guest. The Guest must be a legal resident of the continental United States and or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older) as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

If the potential Winner and/or Guest fail to meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise comply with these Official Rules and Restrictions, or if awarding the Prize (as defined below) to the potential Winner and/or Guest may reflect negatively on the Foundation or President Clinton (as determined by the Foundation, in its sole discretion), the Foundation reserves the right to disqualify the potential Winner and/or Guest and select another eligible entrant at random, from the pool of remaining eligible entries, as the potential Winner. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, or if the potential Winner and Guest do not timely provide any required documentation or information, the potential Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Foundation will select another eligible entrant at random, from the pool of remaining eligible entries, as the potential Winner.

PRIZE. There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to the confirmed Winner, which will consist of the following for the Winner and Winner’s Guest: (i) coach-class round trip airfare within the United States to New York, NY, (ii) hotel accommodations for two nights, and (iii) tickets to attend the Clinton Foundation NYC Dinner on May 13, 2024. The travel arrangements and accommodations shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Foundation. The approximate retail value of this opportunity is $2,800, but the actual value will vary depending on exact travel arrangements and specific events. If, in the judgment of the Foundation, air travel is not required due to the Winner or Guest’s proximity to New York City, ground transportation fare will be substituted for roundtrip airfare at the Foundation’s sole and absolute discretion. The Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. All federal, state and local taxes on the Prize, and any expenses, costs, and fees incurred by the Winner and/or Guest (e.g. meals, gratuities) that are not specifically included in the definition of the Prize, are the obligation of the Winner.

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS. The Prize is subject to airline ticket and hotel availability and other conditions and restrictions. If the Winner and/or Guest cannot travel on the dates and/or times specified by the Foundation, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Foundation may select another eligible entrant at random, from the pool of remaining eligible entries, as the potential Winner.

The Foundation is not responsible if the Clinton Foundation NYC Dinner is postponed or cancelled for any reason, in whole or in part, or if the Winner and Guest cannot be confirmed within sufficient time to attend the trip. The Winner and Guest may not have an opportunity to meet President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, or Chelsea Clinton. In such event, the Winner will receive the remainder of the prize with no compensation paid in lieu of the event portion of the Prize.

CONDITIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant attests that the entrant is of majority age and also agrees to release and hold harmless the Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, injuries, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.

By entering the Sweepstakes, the Winner agrees that the Foundation may publicize the Winner’s name, image, voice, and/or likeness, and a description of activities relating to the Prize. The Foundation is not obligated to compensate the Winner for any publicity.

In the event that Winner and/or Guest engage in behavior that is inappropriate, threatening or unlawful (as determined by the Foundation in its sole and absolute discretion), the Foundation reserves the right to terminate the Prize (including the trip or other applicable experience) early.
